The Flex is one of the Emotes in the game Brawlhalla. When used, the player flexes their muscles until the emote key is released.

Alongside being purchasable in Mallhalla, this Emote was available during the Autumn Championship 2020 as a Viewership Reward and during the Trial of Frigg as a Twitch Drop.
