Rayman Dragon is an unused Sidekick in the game Brawlhalla. It was planned to be added with the Rayman Event, but was removed from the game files before the event started and hasn't returned since.
A possible explanation for why this Sidekick was removed was to re-use the design for the Medieval Dragon knockout effect, another cosmetic that released with the Rayman Event.
