Show the icon of a legend
Format

Parameters
- <Legend name>
- The name of the Legend.
- size
- The size of the image (in px)
- link
- The link that clicking the image will redirect to.
- portrait = true
- Shows portrait version of Legend icon.
- rotation = true
- Shows exclamation mark to indicate Legend is on rotation
