The Sidekick Rotation includes 11 Sidekicks and lasts for 5½ weeks. The rotation switches parity every full rotation since it has an odd number of items. 1 new Sidekick goes on sale every cycle.

Weapon Skin Rotation
The Weapon Skin Rotation includes most Weapon Skins from the Store. The exact rotation appears to be random, and does not have a consistent order. 2 new Weapon Skins go on sale every cycle.

For certain events/promotions, items that are not on the usual sale rotation have been put for sale. This has occurred the following times:
- Brawl-d Lang Syne: themed store rotations each day from January 6 - 12, 2021.
- 100 Million Brawlers Event: themed store rotations each day from May 18 - June 7, 2023.
- Street Fighter sale from June 2 - 4, 2023, celebrating Street Fighter 6's release.
- Walking Dead sale from June 16 - 19, 2023, celebrating The Walking Dead: Dead City's release.
- Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles sale from August 11 - 14, 2023, celebrating Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem.
- Avatar: The Last Airbender sale from February 23 - 26, 2024, celebrating the release of the live-action Avatar series on Netflix.
- Kung Fu Panda sale from March 8 - 11, 2024, celebrating the release of Kung Fu Panda 4.
- WWE sale from Apr 5 - 8, 2024, celebrating WrestleMania 40.
